Colorado.  Colorado residents may obtain copies of registration and financial documents from the office of the Secretary of State, (303) 894-2200 x 6487, www.sos.state.co.us (Registration No. 20083001926).  Florida.  A COPY OF THE OFFICIAL REGISTRATION AND FINANCIAL INFORMATION MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE DIVISION OF CONSUMER SERVICES BY CALLING TOLL-FREE WITHIN THE STATE (800) 435-7352.  Georgia.  The following information is available upon request to the address indicated above: (A) A full and fair description of the charitable program for which the solicitation campaign is being carried out and, if different, a full and fair description of the programs and activities of the charitable organization on whose behalf the solicitation is being carried out; (B) A financial statement or summary which shall be consistent with the financial statement required to be filed with the Secretary of State pursuant to Code Section 43-17-5.  Maryland.  Documents and information submitted under the Maryland Solicitations Act are available, for the cost of postage and copies, from the Maryland Secretary of State, State House, Annapolis MD 21401.  Mississippi.  The official registration and financial information of the Conservancy may be obtained from the Mississippi Secretary of State's office by calling (888) 236-6167.  New Jersey.  INFORMATION FILED WITH THE ATTORNEY GENERAL CONCERNING THIS CHARITABLE SOLICITATION AND THE PERCENTAGE OF CONTRIBUTIONS RECEIVED BY THE CHARITY DURING THE LAST REPORTING PERIOD THAT WERE DEDICATED TO THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE ATTORNEY GENERAL OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY BY CALLING (973) 504-6215 AND IS AVAILABLE ON THE INTERNET AT www.njconsumeraffairs.gov/ocp.htm#charity.
