Vice President for Development,
Women's Committee and Special Events
Reporting to the President and partnering with the other Vice Presidents, Ms. Hall is responsible for the management, strategic planning, financials, marketing, and future growth of the Women’s Committee and the Special Events department including:
Partner and work closely with the Women’s Committee President, Executive Committee, Board of Directors, Committee Chairmen, and Volunteers
Ms. Hall provides leadership, support, and guidance to 45 Women’s Committee Board members and over 150 volunteers. She fosters and encourages financial support from these individuals, and promotes the mission and priorities of the Conservancy.
Oversee Women’s Committee standing committees and events
Ms. Hall works with staff to ensure the success and growth of each committee and event. She strategizes on ways to keep these events and committees current and relative.
Supervise Special Events Department
Ms. Hall oversees the Special Events department which organizes the Autumn in Central Park dinner dance, Taste of Summer, the Film Festival as well as dedications and cultivation events.
Increase the number of supporters of the Conservancy
Ms. Hall gains supporters through events, personalized mailings, and social press. She creates a sense of community to encourage prospects to get involved and financially support the Conservancy. She seeks new partnerships with small businesses and corporations.
Ms. Hall has an extensive background in fundraising and special event planning. Prior to joining the staff at Central Park Conservancy in 2007, she was Executive Director of The Society of Memorial Sloan-Kettering. She also ran her own consulting firm and planned many of New York’s top events.
Ms. Hall was raised in Manhattan and graduated from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. She currently resides in Connecticut.
