Central Park Fitness
If you're like most New Yorkers, Central Park is your backyard and your much-needed escape from city life. Central Park is your gym, too – where you go to walk, run, jog, cycle, stretch, train, and play ball.
The Central Park Conservancy keeps your "gym" in great shape by tirelessly maintaining over 60 miles of drives and paths, 26 ballfields, and 21 playgrounds for your use. Add a new element to your regular routine and join us for a program. These dynamic workouts are designed to get attendees in shape while teaching them how to keep the Park healthy and beautiful for the entire community to enjoy.
These programs are FREE; pre-registration is recommended. Open to all fitness levels.
Make Central Park Your Gym Fitness Event Series
