Job Summary:
The position requires the ability to perform basic Park maintenance throughout the season.

Job Description:

Summary of Essential Job Functions

    Performs maintenance tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Trash removal
  • Mowing, string trimming and weeding
  • Sweeping and cleaning
  • Snow removal
  • Leaf raking and sweeping
  • Installation and repair of fencing
  • Facility maintenance as needed
  • Vehicle and equipment operation
  • Interacts with Park patrons in a professional manner including providing accurate and pertinent information regarding Park landmarks and events.
  • Performs other duties as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Ability to perform heavy, physical labor on a daily basis in all weather conditions
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Experience with outdoor power equipment
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Valid Driver's License required; CDL with air brakes endorsement is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Schedule that varies to meet the needs of the Park, including weekends, holidays and evenings.
