Submissions made to the Conservancy may be published on the Conservancy's website, Facebook page, and Twitter account, as well as in print and digital formats of any kind whatsoever, and in any and all other types of media, whether currently known, or hereafter devised. Submissions made to the Conservancy may be edited, modified, published, removed, transmitted, and/or displayed by the Conservancy, and you waive any rights you may have in having the material altered or changed in a manner not agreeable to you.
You grant the Conservancy a perpetual, nonexclusive, world-wide, royalty free, sub-licensable license to use the Submissions, which includes, without limitation, the right of the Conservancy, or any third party it designates, to use, copy, transmit, excerpt, publish, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, create derivative works of, host, index, cache, tag, encode, modify and adapt (including without limitation the right to adapt to streaming, downloading, broadcast, mobile, digital, thumbnail, scanning or other technologies) in any form or media now known or hereinafter developed, any Submission posted by you on or to any site owned by the Conservancy, including any Submission posted through a third party. You understand that you will not receive compensation for any use of the Submissions, and will not be given notice of if and/or when the Submissions may be used.
You are solely responsible for the content of your Submissions. However, the Conservancy reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject, delete, move, or edit Submissions that it deems abusive, defamatory, obscene, profane, lewd, or that are in violation of copyright or trademark laws, or are otherwise unacceptable.
