The Central Park Conservancy is Central to the Park
The Central Park Conservancy is responsible for the restoration, management and preservation of Central Park. Each year, the Conservancy must raise 85% of the $45.8 million required to care for the Park's 843 acres of lawns, gardens, woodlands, water bodies, playgrounds, ballfields, pathways, buildings, bridges and sculptures.
