Donate Gifts-In-Kind

It's not just financial donations that can support the Conservancy's mission to restore, preserve and manage Central Park. Through the contribution of in-kind gifts, companies can provide budget relief to the Central Park Conservancy while showcasing a product or service to attractive target markets, redirecting excess inventory or resources, supporting the communities where they do business and qualifying for a tax deduction.

Examples of products and services that may be accepted Central Park Conservancy include:

  • Food and catering services
  • Wine, beer or spirits
  • Horticultural tools, supplies and plant materials
  • Gourmet or luxury consumer goods or services (for silent auction, event door prize or gift bags)
  • Printing services

  • Sheep Meadow in Central Park Sheep Meadow

    Although these days you’ll mostly find sunbathers lounging on the lawn, the meadow was actually home to a flock of sheep from 1864 until 1934. The sheep and shepherd were housed in a fanciful Victorian building nearby – what became the famous Tavern on the Green restaurant.
