Boat Landings in Central Park Tour

ONE DAY ONLY! Thursday, October 13th, 2016 | 11:00 am

Beginning in 1860, six boat landings were constructed along the shoreline of the Lake, serving to enhance the scenic and recreational enjoyment of the Lake and the Ramble. Over time, the original designs were compromised, and for the past two years the Central Park Conservancy has rebuilt faithful recreations of the original designs.

Take a look back in time and celebrate the present Park with Sara Cedar Miller, Central Park Conservancy’s Historian and Photographer, and learn about the Conservancy’s expertise on this exclusive 2 hour tour of the Lake, Ramble and the boat landings.
