Neighborhood Children Add
Spring Beauty To Central Park
In Special Daffodil Planting

Thirty 3rd and 4th graders from the Northside Center for Child Development, Inc., Central Park Conservancy Women's Committee Board Members and Central Park Conservancy staff added more beautiful spring blossoms to the northern end of Central Park by planting 1,000 daffodil bulbs.  Held on October 26, 2007, this special gardening event was made possible through the generous support of Susan Rudin and Betty Sherrill.  The children will be invited to return the following spring to see the results.
