The Central Park Conservancy is seeking volunteers to participate in the third round of our Park-wide survey and count, which will take place this February. In July and October, we collected more than 2,000 surveys thanks to the help of 200 volunteers, who really enjoyed interacting with Park users and spending time in the Park. This survey and count will be the most comprehensive study of Park use since 1982, the year the Conservancy created the management and restoration plan for Central Park. This survey is also the first to study Park use all four seasons, which is why we are braving the chill of February to collect information about Park use and users. Hot beverages will be served! Our goal is to interview a total of 5,000 Park users over the course of the year. Volunteers will:

Both trainings will take place at our offices on 1 East 104th Street at 5th Avenue, 2nd Floor
Scheduling for the survey will take place at training sessions. We are asking volunteers to commit to a minimum of four hours (in two hour shifts).
