Can I track my order? When your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail indicating the status of your order, including date shipped, tracking information, and items not shipped. Will I be notified if items in my order are not in stock? Currently we are only accepting orders for items that are in stock. If we cannot fill part of your order it will be noted on your packing slip and credited to your credit card account. |

What is your return and exchange policy?
Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you may return it for a refund, replacement, or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your packing slip with the returned items. If you wish to replace a damaged item or exchange it for a different size, please indicate this on the packing slip. You may also visit the Dairy Visitor Center & Gift Shop, located inside the Park at East 65th Street, just off the East Drive. The Dairy is open Tuesday through Sunday from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. |
