The Central Park Conservancy's Tree Trust provides for the permanent care of Central Park's approximately 24,000 trees. From flowering cherries to statuesque elms, contributions to the Tree Trust ensure the Park's trees are pruned, fertilized and kept healthy and strong.

The Tree Trust program offers many unique recognition opportunities at varying levels of contribution. Donations of $5,000 and above are acknowledged with the selection of an existing tree in the Park as guided by our expert staff and a granite paving stone at the southern end of Literary Walk, mid-Park at 66th Street. To learn more about participating in the Tree Trust, please click on the endowment form below.

Landscape Tree Planting Program

Holiday Tree
Just in time for the holidays, the Women's Committee Tree Trust offers their newest tree endowment program, the Landscape Tree Planting Program. For the first time, you may endow a specific tree or grouping of trees prior to planting from our Landscape Tree Planting Menu. You and the gift recipient will be invited to attend the planting of your tree(s) in the spring. As always, an engraved paving stone will be placed at the southern end of Literary Walk in the heart of Central Park and a certificate announcing the gift endowment can be sent to the honoree upon request.

There are a limited number of trees available for planting, so reserve yours now and get a jump on your holiday shopping! To take part in the Landscape Tree Planting Program, please respond by February 26, 2010 to Angie Chien by phone at 212-310-6617 or by e-mail at trees@centralparknyc.org.
