Lenox Avenue Playground

Renovated in 1995 by the Central Park Conservancy, this playground consists of painted timber climbing structures, tire swings, and a water feature, primarily suited to school-age children.  Located near The Charles A. Dana Discovery Center, children can borrow bamboo poles and try their hand at catch-and-release fishing at the Harlem Meer.

Note: There are no trash receptacles inside the playgrounds. Please deposit all trash in receptacles outside playgrounds and help us keep play areas free of rodents.
