Le Pain Quotidien
Le Pain Quotidien is the popular European cafe chain that has transformed the concession building north of Sheep Meadow at Mineral Springs, serving bakery fare, healthful salads, handmade breads and organic drinks. Offering table service in its 30-seat dining room and 100-seat terrace, the green eatery also offers to-go service at its take-out window. Known as Mineral Springs, the historic spot once housed an elegant pavilion that served 30 varieties of natural spring water from 1869 to the 20th century when it was demolished.
