The Central Park Conservancy's Central Park Circuit fitness program inspires and enables New Yorkers to use Central Park to reach their fitness goals by using the Park's best natural resources: rocks, trails, stairs, hills and gorgeous open spaces. The program includes a series of in-Park classes; access to a free, printable PDF of the Official Central Park Workout; and access to our Central Park Circuit video series.
Each class takes place in a different landscape. Classes are free and open to everyone, but are limited to 40 participants per class. Conservancy members who bring their membership cards are guaranteed a slot in each class!
Look below to find our free, printable PDF of the Official Central Park Workout, a guide to the exercises and stretches introduced during the class. Each movement can be adapted to various locations within the Park as well as to each participant's particular fitness level. To learn more about how to do a few of the exercises used in our in-Park classes, take a look at our free video series!
