Snowshoeing

Put on a pair of snowshoes to take in the winter wonderland on a leisurely stroll or an aerobic walk. Sheep Meadow and the Great Lawn are the most popular places to snowshoe, in addition to the bridle path, which the Conservancy leaves snow-covered in the winter to protect its soft surface.

Important Details

Snowshoeing is allowed when conditions permit and there are at least six inches of snow on the ground.
