Trefoil Arch

Trefoil Arch

Trefoil Arch is an ornamental archway carrying the East Drive and connecting visitors from Conservatory Water to the Lake and Bethesda Terrace.

Built in 1862, the arch is notable for having different east and west facades. The east side has a three-lobed patterned archway, from which the structure gets its name. The west side has a round archway.
