Five Borough Program
Strong parks are built through collaboration—and sustained by a shared commitment.
For more than two decades, the Central Park Conservancy’s Five Borough Program has partnered with NYC Parks to share knowledge and build local capacity, reinforcing the City’s green infrastructure and supporting lasting improvements where they are needed most.
Today, the Conservancy is deepening that commitment, investing more resources and time to work alongside Harlem neighbors by prioritizing the Historic Harlem Parks—Marcus Garvey Park, Morningside Park, St. Nicholas Park, Jackie Robinson Park—and doubling its overall investment in the program to ensure the City's vital public spaces continue to thrive.
