Private tours are available seven days a week pending staff availability.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Private tours take place rain or shine, except in the event of extreme weather conditions. In this case tours may be rescheduled. Private tours are nonrefundable after the reservation has been confirmed.

Requests should be made two weeks in advance to guarantee the best availability. Tours are not confirmed until payment is received in full.

COVID-19 HEALTH + SAFETY POLICIES

Ensuring the health and safety of our guests, staff, and the public is our top priority. Central Park Conservancy programs follow recommended guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, New York State, and New York City.

At this time, the Conservancy does not require visitors to wear masks during the tour. However, all participants should continue to monitor themselves for COVID-19 symptoms and stay home if they feel unwell.
