Group Tours

Bring your group on a tour of Central Park’s history, design, and landscapes, led by the people who know it best. Private tours are required for groups of 10 or more, and can accommodate up to 40 people.


Group tour bookings are available Monday – Friday at 10:30 AM and 1:30 PM. All tours are 90 minutes.


Group tours start at $150; the Conservatory Garden Tour starts at $250. Discounts are available for seniors, students, nonprofit organizations, and Conservancy members.


Tours take place rain or shine, however, they may be cancelled in the case of extreme weather conditions. In the event of a weather cancellation, the tour may be rescheduled or refunded. Payments are non-refundable if a group cancels after the tour has been confirmed.

How to Book

Groups must book their tour at least three weeks in advance by filling out the group booking request form. Conservancy staff will contact you within three business days to schedule your tour.

Iconic Views of Central Park Tour

Heart of the Park

North Woods Tour

The North Woods Tour

The Ramble Tour

Step away from the City and take refuge in Central Park’s serene Ramble, a 36-acre woodland featuring cascades and tree-covered pathways. The Ramble Tour is unavailable in January and February.

Conservatory Garden Group Tour

Tour the Park's only formal garden, known for its extraordinary floral displays, through the eyes of its curator and director, Diane Schaub, and her experienced staff. The Conservatory Garden tour is unavailable from November – March.

Seneca Village
