Join our new lineup of movement classes for a summer of fun and wellbeing in the Park!
These free weekly workouts will be led by experienced instructors to keep you active and healthy all summer, thanks to partners Double Dutch Dreamz, Harlem Yoga, and Go Hard Dance. Don’t miss this chance to get moving in Harlem’s very own backyard!
Funkaerobics combines stretching and working out with dance choreography. This is a one-hour energetic class in which adults get to infuse aerobic techniques with classic dance moves for the ultimate dance experience. Classes will re-create dance routines from classic dance videos from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s.
Participants must be age 13 or older—all levels welcome.
Free registration is required for all classes, except Double Dutch with Double Dutch Dreamz. In addition to registration, all fitness participants are required to fill out our fitness waiver here. This waiver is good for all fitness classes of the 2023 season – you only need to fill it out once! Those under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian complete the form on their behalf.
