Join our new lineup of movement classes for a summer of fun and wellbeing in the Park!
These free weekly workouts will be led by experienced instructors to keep you active and healthy all summer, thanks to partners Double Dutch Dreamz, Harlem Yoga, and Go Hard Dance. Don’t miss this chance to get moving in Harlem’s very own backyard!
This seniors-only class is designed to increase muscle strength and range of movement and improve activities for daily living. A chair is used for seated exercises and standing support.
Free registration is required for all classes, except Double Dutch with Double Dutch Dreamz. In addition to registration, all fitness participants are required to fill out our fitness waiver here. This waiver is good for all fitness classes of the 2023 season – you only need to fill it out once! Those under 18 years of age must have a parent/guardian complete the form on their behalf.
