Suzanne Pennasilico

Vice President, People and Culture

Suzanne Pennasilico joined the Central Park Conservancy as Vice President, People & Culture. Her work focuses on working with employees to strengthen organizational culture and further align people practices with the strategic plan. She brings more than 20 years of senior leadership experience developing people first, purpose driven organizations. Suzanne devotes time outside of work to the advancement of women in leadership roles and in creating and supporting after school programming for children in STEM and the Arts.
