Cherry Hill

Cherry Hill

Named for the cherry trees that bloom across the landscape each spring, Cherry Hill is a quiet, gentle slope overlooking the Lake. Offering plenty of benches and shade, it is a popular spot to picnic, relax, and take in the views of rowboats and nearby Bow Bridge.

While Cherry Hill is gorgeous any time of year, spring is a popular time to visit. Visitors will not only enjoy the dramatic pink and white blooms of the cherry trees, but also the blooming forsythia and azaleas. Enclosed in a looped pathway is Cherry Hill Fountain, featuring elegant glass lights perched on top of the fountain’s stem. At the western edge of the landscape, you’ll find Wagner Cove, an intimate spot off the water that features one of the Lake’s five boat landings.
